Return Policy:
If you receive anything from us that you are not satisfied with it can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send it back to us with its original packaging. You can expect a refund within a few days of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit that we apply to your credit card.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
Damage Claims:
Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If a customer claims that one of our products is damaged, we will request that the damaged product be shipped back to us with its original packaging for inspection. After inspection, if we deem it the carrier's fault, we will pursue a claim with shipping carrier on your behalf that they didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. When funds are returned to us from the carrier, we will credit your account immediately for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to a few months. However, there is no guarantee that a claim will be successful.
Cancellations:
We make a major effort, on each and every order, to get it into the shipping system as soon as possible. Because of this effort we usually have great difficulty in cancelling an order. We ask that you send us an email or phone us as soon as you decide you want to cancel your order and we will make every effort to comply with your wishes. If we are unable to cancel your order because it was shipped then you will be responsible for your original purchase request. We ask that you order carefully to avoid dissapointment.
